Fundamental analysis is a key factor of our investment decisions, as well as risk mitigation by using proper due diligence and staying within our circle of confidence. Unless we thoroughly understand a potential investment, we do not invest funds into it.

Capital is raised by selling "Units", or pieces of our company to investors (members of the LLC). These units behave similarly to shares of a publicly traded company, and represent the amount of ownership held by each member. Owning units allows each member to vote and contribute to the operations of the company, as well as provides the necessary funding for the company to invest with. Only members of the LLC are entitled to the right to buy or sell units. Company profits are then paid out to members in the form of cash distributions, relative to the ownership stake held by each member.
